The shop
Walk in and you're served by technical experts — often by Butch or Enza themselves. In 48 years the shop has employed just five full-time people, and it shows: the advice is hands-on, the standards are high, and the walls are covered in posters and awards from Butch's national-team coaching days.

The Butch story
Born and raised in Rossland, Butch raced for Canada, coached the National Ski Team, and in 1975 came home to open a ski shop below the mountain he never stopped preferring — RED. In 2002 he was inducted into the Canadian Ski Coaches Hall of Fame. The shop is now the longest-running business in town.
